As we juggle domains between clusters in different locations in Europe, we notice that different users are able to access the domains in a state of "DNS flux", and so faster than the others which are not. Now when certain domains are in the "DNS flux" state, it is the proxies on these domains that perform best. So for the fastest possible proxies, stay on top of things, and jump on these as soon as you are able (or rather, as soon as your ISP's DNS picks them up ;) as they are now officially in DNS flux:
